Fury Bound ARC Team FAQ
Will everyone from the ARC team for Dire Bound get a Fury Bound ARC?
Unfortunately no; we have a more limited number of ARCs to distribute this time. However we will be distributing ARCs to several hundred readers, including both social media booktok/bookstagram folks and those who just read and review for fun. So keep your eyes open for the application, coming on Monday February 16th, noon EST!
If I was NOT on the ARC team for Dire Bound should I still apply?
Yes! It’s not a requirement to have been an ARC reader for Dire Bound.
How will you pick who gets an ARC?
At a certain point the choice is going to be randomized, to keep things fair! We will be screening for a few things though — you’ll need to have a NetGalley account (which is free to sign up for!) and you’ll need to provide a link to your review(s) of Dire Bound so that we know that you’ve read book one.
Will it just be people with large social media followings?
No! We want to make it accessible to readers of all stripes. So we won’t be screening to only select people with high follower counts!
When will the application open?
RIGHT NOW! Noon on February 16th (EST), for 24 hours!
When will I find out if I made the team?
We’re hoping to let folks who have selected know by the end of the month or early March at the latest, and will keep everyone posted!
When will the ARC team receive the ARCs?
Not for a little while yet— our publisher prefers to wait and release them in mid-April, closer to the Fury Bound publication date. We’ll provide the exact timing when we have it.
Will there be physical ARCs?
Our publishers are producing only a limited number of physical ARCs so unfortunately we can’t offer these to our readers. However we are so glad we’ll get to share eARCs!
Is there any other way to get ARCs if I don’t make it on the team?
For readers in the US / Canada, apart from some extremely limited mailing/distribution our publisher is doing for a select group of influencers and booksellers, being part of the ARC team or our new Street Team is the exclusive way to access the Fury Bound ARC. For readers in the UK/Commonwealth, the UK publisher is going to be distributing some limited additional quantities closer to release. We’ll keep everyone updated when we know more about their plans.
Is it a problem if I live in X country outside the US/CA/UK?
Our US/CA and UK/Commonwealth publishers are helping us with Netgalley distribution. Between these two publishers we are able to send eARCs to a large number of places in the world but there may be some limitations based on country because of contractual rights. Thanks for your understanding!
What’s this I hear about a Street Team?
We are starting one! See next section…
Sable Street Team FAQ
What else does the Street Team do? / What’s the difference between the Street Team and the ARC team?
They’re very different! For the Fury Bound ARC team, readers will receive the ARC in exchange for an honest review. There are no further commitments and the review can be posted anywhere.
The Street Team will also get ARCs, but there’s more involved, too! We’re starting this group to help us spread the word about key exciting events and messages about the series on an ongoing basis. There will be monthly tasks to complete and they’ll mostly involve various kinds of social media posts and activity. We’re looking for people who are already building a social media presence around bookish posts, whether that’s on TikTok or Instagram or YouTube or elsewhere.
We’ll also be asking the Street Team to join a special Street Team channel on our Discord in order to stay up to date on the latest.
If I’m just getting started on Bookstagram/BookTok should I bother applying for the Street Team?
Yes! We won’t have a follower count cut-off and we’re mostly looking for enthusiastic, committed people who love Dire Bound and are making great bookish content. That being said, unlike the ARC team which will (after certain requirements are met) be mostly a random selection process, we’ll be hand-selecting the Street Team, and we are going to prioritize having at least some folks with a slightly larger following.
What are the perks of joining the street team?
Our Street Team members will also receive Fury Bound ARCs, as well as additional cool perks, like free stickers/bookmarks, extra signed bookplates, digital exclusives, early access to art, chats with the authors, and more.
When will the application open?
February 20th, 2026! It’ll remain open until end of day February 24th. Link to come on the 20th!
Can I apply for both teams?
Yes! If you’re genuinely interested in both feel free!
Can I share this news on social media (about the applications for ARC/Street Teams)?
Now that we’ve shared this info widely, yes, feel free!

I am so excited! I haven’t shutup about this since I applied yesterday! Fingers crossed! 🤩
Applied & fingers crowd, impatient awaiting is release. Direbound was my top read of 2025.
